In the mouth, the 2005 Cabernet is silky yet bold. The tannins are slightly more noticeable than the 2004 year, but still very balanced. This complex wine has a long finish leaving fresh berries lingering on your tongue. Very drinkable right now, but save a bottle or two and age it for 2-3 years. 1000 cases produced Question?
